About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Executive to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Key responsibilities

• Comprehending the unique business objectives of each client and devising research methodologies to address these objectives.
• Transforming information requirements into comprehensive research briefs.
• Ensuring rigorous quality control throughout all stages of the research process, including questionnaires, translations, and results.
• Collecting and analyzing statistical data using a blend of contemporary and traditional techniques.
• Executing both qualitative and quantitative research through methods like Polls, Surveys, Focus Groups, Home Panels, and Interviews.
• Synthesizing findings and presenting actionable insights, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborating effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities, providing assistance, fostering communication, and offering progress updates.
• Cultivating and sustaining productive relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the research industry.
• Proficiency in diverse research methodologies such as Usage & Attitude, Central Location Test, In-home Placement, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Health Tracking, and the ability to discern their appropriate application.
• Thorough familiarity with data collection techniques, encompassing Interviews, Focus Groups, Polls, Surveys, etc.
• Strongly data-oriented, showcasing adept analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in market research analysis.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Capacity to interpret extensive data sets and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills, including a track record of generating insightful research reports.
• Skill in managing numerous projects simultaneously.
• Effective teamwork abilities, along with a knack for engaging with clients.
