Senior Research & Development (R&D) Specialist

Are you a skilled Senior R&D Specialist passionate about driving product innovation? Pink Rabbit Lens is looking for someone like you to lead R&D projects and improve products from concept to launch! In this role, you’ll be the product knowledge expert for the team, ensuring everyone stays updated with the latest insights. You’ll manage the R&D process, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production to meet customer needs, and analyze market trends to guide product development. Your contributions will directly influence the success of new and improved products.

Job Description:

  • Lead R&D projects from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the go-to expert for product knowledge, providing training to the team.
  • Conduct research and experiments to improve product performance.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Mentor junior staff and stay updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years in R&D, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in product development in the fashion, eyewear, or beauty and health industry.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
