Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Senior Reporting & Analysis Analyst di PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk

• Monitor realization of the regional actual cost vs. budget, prepare budget &forecast calculation on defined accounts, provide complex standard, ad hoc and scenario-based analysis for costs, balance sheet & net working capital
• Apply understanding off assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures
• Work closely with Regional Manager and markets to understand root causes and represent process, procedures, practicalities and exceptions
• Collect assumptions on overheads & business expenses, consolidate budget and provide input to PBF&R tool for OB and RFs
• Review and validate period end accruals for PO and non PO expenses based on defined criteria
• Collect assumptions on B/S forecast, capturing business dynamics and provide B/S and Cash flow input to the system
• Provide complex standard, ad hoc and scenario-based analysis on B/S networking capital and costs, including multidimensional view (Consumer Journey, ZBS, PBO)
• Support the markets/region during the budget cycle (LRP/OB/RF/LE), to ensure Legal Entity financials preparation
• Support Manager FCP Region in controlling tasks
• Prepare complex analysis and support for internal and external audit requirements, liaising with the auditors and colleagues across the business as required
• Liaise with other IBS procss delivery groups to ensure high quality customer service and to guarantee continuous service improvement

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business Management, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of in financial planning (budget and reporting), accounting combined and financial statements analysis
• Have experience working with Financial Management System including data extraction and data analytics (i.e. SAP & Other Reporting Financial System)
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
• Outstanding analytic and quantitative skills, including ability to develop and maintain financial models
• Have experience in finance fundamental and accounting
• Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
• Willing to work with teams across different time zones
• Willing to be located in Jakarta or Surabaya
