You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet or exceed the required quality standards and regulatory requirement, oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve and maintain high levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Description

1. Develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to ensure consistent product quality throughout the production process.
3. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to identify and address any quality issues.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards, such as ISO, HACCP, FDA, or other local and international regulations.
5. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality management system to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality performance.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain effective quality control processes, including supplier audits, quality agreements, and performance monitoring.
7. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
8. Analyze quality data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
9. Oversee the handling and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality, coordinating investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
10. Identify and assess quality-related risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
11. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Profile

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
2. Proven 3 years of experience in a senior quality management role within the FMCG industry or Pharmacy with a total 10 years of professional experience
3. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 9001, HACCP, FDA regulations, etc.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
5. Experience in implementing and managing quality assurance programs and driving process improvements.
6. Knowledge of supplier quality management and auditing processes.
7. Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools to analyze quality data and identify trends.
8. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
9. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
10. Strong leadership abilities to lead and manage a team of quality professionals.
11. Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.
12. Quality certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar are a plus.
