Job Description :

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing requirements and develop sourcing strategies

Research and evaluate suppliers to identify the most suitable options based on factors such as quality, cost, and delivery times

Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms

Monitor and follow up on procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed specifications

Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement function
Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of procurement management, supply chain and inventory control best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang.
