Our agency is seeking a Senior Public Relations Consultant to join our team and help drive our continued success.

Job Overview:

The Senior Public Relations Consultant will be responsible for leading a team of consultants with the responsibility to manage client accounts and develop comprehensive public relations & 360 communications strategies that meet our client’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & supervise multiple consultant teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on communication and reputation management issues.
• Develop and execute strategic and creative public relations/communications strategies for clients.
• Lead client accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of account teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct media outreach and secure media coverage for clients.
• Supervise press release development, media pitches, and other communications materials.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience working for a communications or public relations agency, Public Relations agency/firm/consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on strategic planning & account management.
• Proven experience in securing media coverage and developing effective communication strategies.
• Strong project & people management portfolios
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, & presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
