Our client a Japanese Restaurant is currently open for a Senior Project Architect position. Please refer to the following details below:

Senior Project Architect

[Job Details]

• Assist the project team in documenting project execution.
• Bridge communication between designers and construction teams in the field, especially in distributing drawings and procurement plans.
• Draft building design concepts and develop planning programs and schedules.
• Lead consultants in design planning.
• Review and provide input on technical planning details.
• Supervise the implementation according to the plan.
• Provide technical solutions.
• Provide design direction in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in controlling the implementation to ensure it aligns with the plan.
• Understand and composite Architectural, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
• Understand the planning rules for developer drawings and check compliance with applicable spatial regulations.
• Perform technical checks on the needs of the Rules and Developer needs.
• Coordinate daily with the Principal & Project Director and the Architectural team. Provide daily reports to manufacturers & vendors. Conduct daily research and Autocad drafting. Handle general project management responsibilities.
• Responsible for project design development of multiple assigned projects, working under the minimal supervision of a Project Director or Principal. Oversee the entire project team on medium to large-sized projects or significant parts of a multi-component project or particularly complex assignments.

[Requirements]

• Licenses: KSA (Intermediate), IPTB (B)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience, or Master’s Degree in Architecture/Art/Civil Engineering/Design with 5 years of experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit/ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Experience in various design fields: site planning, residential buildings, commercial buildings, interiors, landscapes, signage, and offices
• Knowledgeable in kitchen construction and interior construction work
• Extensive experience in restaurant and mall projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conceptual and technical building design
• Experienced in building supervision and capable of being a consultant leader
• Understands implementation contract drawings and AS-Built drawings
• Familiar with building regulations
• Honest, with a good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
