We are looking for a Senior Program Supervisor to join our team and take on responsible for managing the projects assigned with Waterfall or Agile project execution method to help our organization plan and implement new activities and programs. 

The Senior Program Supervisor responsibilities include liaising with various customer stakeholders, build and drive the projects to successful completion. This includes extensive coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional team like Engineering manager, Operations Manager, Engineering team, Honeywell Factory and various vendors for material supply or engineering labor.

The activities would include project tracking and control using Microsoft Project Scheduler / Primavera and tracking the same on a weekly basis and documenting delays or change to baseline with clear reasons or causes for delay.

To ensure the delivery of projects by ensuring that best practices in project management are consistently implemented. Cost monitoring on a regular basis and tracking any deviations against the estimated cost. Identifying and tracking emerging risks during execution and preparing a mitigation plan. Coordinating and arranging manpower from suppliers based on skills required.

Ultimately, you will work with leaders across the organization to help teams implement new activities and programs as needed. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO               

Responsible for the measurement and control project metrics. (e.g.: Quality, delivery, cost, schedule and submitting the project plans/progress on time, change requests and documentation of change to baseline etc.) Regular interaction and progress reporting to drive weekly and monthly project review internal stakeholders and external customer meetings Work authorization initiation and drive change order management Project planning, controls, and Project resource management Risk identification, mitigation for all projects of designated area and drive change management Achieve organization metrics goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and Customer feedback which are in line with customer & employee satisfaction and Business growth Deliver monthly revenue, operating income, billing, and cash targets Follow leadership standard work process Review delivery process for the projects Conduct feedback analysis and derive corrective actions from feedback Drive and facilitate project logistics and travel Participate in root cause analysis reviews Involve in Pre-sales stage proposal and estimate reviews Project handover to support, drive lessons learnt and project closure
