About this Position: 

We are looking for Senior Plant Manager who have experiences in setting up a Paint Manufacturing Plant and managing the day-to-day operations of the plant. The Sr. Plant Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with company objectives, Health Safety & Environment management system, and customer requirement. This role is expected be able to design, organize, plan, execute, and monitor the process of setting up a manufacturing plant with operational excellence to achieve highest productivity and efficiency. 

Job Description: 

• Leading the project of Setting Up a Building Chemicals Manufacturing Plant, from planning to the operational preparation.
• Oversee and organize the daily operations of the plant to make sure its operation runs effectively, efficiently and safely.
• Implement of best practices manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance.  
• Responsible for plant activities: Production, Engineering, HSE, and logistic operations to achieve company goals.
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and manage plant budgets and monitor expenses to achieve maximum company profitability.
• Drive the business and process improvement opportunities within the organization.  
• Proficient in managing team, ensure the team members are meet the competency standards, and encourage professional development and continuous improvement. 
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or greater in Engineering or other relevant degree or equivalent work experience.  
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager overseeing plant plant operations, preferably within an experience in the building chemical industry or paint industry.  
3. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, dan supply chain management.  
4. Good understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements. 
5. Strong leadership and managerial attributes, exceptional organizational and time-management skills.  
6. Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.  
7. Good people management skills an overall business managerial skill.  
8. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning, and decision making.  
9. Good commercial and financial acumen.  
10. Willing to be placed in Tangerang / Banten area.
