We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The primary role is to develop marketing funnel strategies, drive both paid traffic & organic to the website, and optimize sales conversions through digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating potential leads with optimal cost per lead and leading our overall digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing funnel strategies to boost traffic, conversions, and achieve targeted ROAS.

• Manage and refine multi-channel growth marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc., ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to meet KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI.

• Collaborate with engineering team to enhance user experience and conversion rates on landing page

• Execute A/B testing and experiments to improve marketing tactics.

• Conduct research and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize visibility and sales.

• Oversee the content team to ensure engaging and audience-relevant content.

• Produce regular performance reports and communicate findings/insights to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends, leveraging new technologies and practices for continuous growth.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance and conversions.

• Strong strategic skills in developing and executing marketing funnels.

• Experience in research and collaboration with KOLs for traffic and conversion growth.

• Proficient in pixel tracking, Google Tag Manager, and managing digital ad campaigns across platforms.

• Ability to design relevant content strategies and manage content production/creative teams effectively.

• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang
