Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain our core network infrastructure to meet the stringent requirements of enterprise telecommunications.
• Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving network anomalies, bottlenecks, and disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of core network components with other telecommunications services.
• Lead network upgrades and expansions, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and security.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams, assisting in complex issue resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation for network emergencies and critical incident response.
• Document network designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure clear and concise knowledge sharing.

Job Requirement

• Formal Education : Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with at least 7 years of experience in telecom network operations and support.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunications core network architecture, protocols, and technologies.
• Experience with telecommunication equipment vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools for real-time network analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and collaboration.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
