Qualifications and Skills requirement: 

• Candidate should be Indonesian Citizen. 
• University Graduate preferably in the field of Mathematics and Sciences (MIPA). 
• Candidate should have 10 + years’ experience, Should have 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Merchandising
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
• Effective leadership abilities, with a focus on team management and development. 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, production techniques, and quality control procedures. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
• Monitor production timelines to ensure orders are produced and shipped within the agreed-upon leadtimes.

Job Description: 

Merchandising Strategy: 

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with the company’s objectives, market trends, and customer preferences. 
• Identify opportunities for product assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and promotional activities. 

Product Development: 

• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch newproducts. 
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and work closely with suppliers to source materials, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery. 

Production Management: 

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth production processes. 
• Monitor production timelines, quality control procedures, and resolve any issues that may arise
• during the manufacturing process.

Supply Chain Management: 

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. 
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate their performance to ensureconsistent product quality and timely delivery. 

Pricing and Costing: 

• Analyze pricing strategies, market competition, and cost structures to determine optimal pricing for products. 
• Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. 

Sales and Marketing Support: 

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies, sales
• forecasts, and marketing campaigns. 
• Provide product-related information and support to sales representatives, distributors, and customers. 

Team Leadership and Development:

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior merchandising team members. 
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encourage professional growth, and promotecross-functional cooperation.
