Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies that encompass both offline and online channels, including print, television, radio, out-of-home advertising, DV360, social media ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, media trends, and competitor activities to make media planning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and communications, to align media efforts with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including product marketing managers and business team to translate brand and marketing strategies into impactful media go-to-market
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and effective cost control.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with media vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze media campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new opportunities into media strategies.
  • Supervise and guide media team members, providing mentorship, support, and fostering their professional development.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute media campaigns and maximize reach and impact.
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders, ensuring positive and productive partnerships.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in media management, with a focus on both offline and online channels (previous experience as ex. Digital Planning, Media Planner, etc). Media agency or leading media strategy from brand/principal companies will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization, as well as proficiency in media analytics and measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of offline and online media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using media research tools and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in managing media budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
