Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

To support Senior Marketing Manager to implement company’s marketing plan strategies on daily basis which includes :

Seeking new strategic partners and prospective projects and nurturing ongoing relationships
Drafting detailed proposals for partnership projects
To make write-ups for promotional materials in both bahasa Indonesia and English
Maintain partnership relationships via email and telephone
Follow-up and assist in the management of all aspects on existing projects from A to Z
Follow-up on prospective projects for partnership
Conduct analysis for company’s advertising and monitoring competitors.
Contribute new innovative ideas for marketing projects to implement

Media monitoring & media planning (printed, online media and other media ads)

Requirements:

25-35 years old
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, Advertising
Minimum 1 year experience in E-Commerce in a marketing & promotion role
Competency in marketing management, product knowledge, contract & proposal drafting, market research and competitor analysis
Attention to detail is a must
Must be proactive and quick to learn
Must be productive and efficient in completing the required tasks without close supervision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete daily, weekly and monthly targets
Passion in marketing for online travel is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
These personality traits are a must : focused on achieving targets with a positive attitude even when under pressure of tight deadlines, discipline, self-confident, creative, accurate at all times, good negotiating and interpersonal skills
Should have leadership qualities and be able to show initiative
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Fulltime position available
