Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related major
• Have minimum at least 4 – 5 years of experience in Managerial Level at sales, marketing, and preferably reseller industry
• Proven have a track record of success in driving sales reseller growth and achieving revenue targets
• In-depth understanding of the retail / reseller industry
• Experience in managing relationships with reseller partners, distributors, or retailers and developing strategies to optimize channel performance
• Ability to identify market segmentation based on consumer needs
• In-depth understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
• Strong leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in research and analytical skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales strategy and activities to achieve revenue targets through reseller channels
• Manage and develop relationships with reseller partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to expand market reach and increase market share
• Design and implement sales, promotion programs to drive sales growth, and reseller satisfaction
• Manage and develop reseller sales team to achieve sales goals
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Manage sales budget, optimize expenditures, and regularly report to Chief Sales Officer
