Get to know the Role:
Senior Manager People Experience is an exciting role that sits under the new People Experience team, whose mandate is to ensure that we scale our processes and employee experiences as we grow the company.The role will focus on operationalizing our HR processes and finding innovative ways to scale them while ensuring that the employee experience is at the forefront. You will lead a team of analysts across various countries and ensure on time delivery of experiences to our employees. As a result, you will often be the face of Pops (People Operations) and seen as a respected advisor, a friendly face with a reputation for your passion in out serving our employees and managers.
The day-to-day activities:

  • Partner with country leadership team to capture challenges and missed opportunities in striving towards service excellence
  • Drive large in country projects that directly impact service delivery improvements and elevate operational excellence
  • Drive a culture of quality and productivity delivery standards within the team
  • Lead, coach, and mentor an in country team to ensure best in class service delivery standards
  • Act as a change agent to transform and elevate current team engagement, team capabilities to Grab’s global standards
  • Monitor tickets/activities and measure effectiveness of the country team’s performance
  • Assume ownership of country People Operations Policies, guidelines and process documentation ensuring accuracy and alignment to local regulatory requirements 
  • Point of contact for all internal and external audits ensuring audit readiness and post audit closure of remediation actions
  • Represent country needs and asks at a regional level and also be a point of contact for all escalations
  • Work closely with the regional teams to ensure consistency in processes and also drive adoption of changes

The must haves:

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a HR operations Shared Service matrixed model
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading HR operations and/or HR functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment across multiple countries. Technology industry is a plus.
  • Hands on work experience and in depth knowledge with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Ability to analyze data and drive data based decisions and actions
  • Strong business acumen and business partner mindset
  • Strong Project and Change Management skills
  • Expert in process improvement and process excellence techniques
  • Passion for out-serving our people
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Be able to step out of your comfort zone, deal with ambiguity
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft office specifically excel and powerpoint or similar tools
