Position Function:

This role is charged with the continuous development of the operations activities to facilitate the requirements of the Client to ensure meeting their requirements.

Responsibility :

• Calculate manpower planning, equipment planning, and any other operation supplies needed to ensure all planning are executed in timely manner
• Staff briefing and motivating employee to achieve the target
• Regularly monitor and assess each team member achievement and create development plan (training) to ensure they could do the work according to company’s requirement
• Meeting with customer for regular KPI Achievement and create corrective and improvement initiative regularly to ensure all activities are more effective and efficient
• Ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse in coordination with inventory team ensuring daily cycle count and regular stock take are carried out
• Ensure all SLA achieves by the team and create corrective and preventive action to ensure SLA could be achieved
• Coordinate with Business Development in developing new project, attending tender/bidding for new project and create business proposal for new project
• Create yearly budgeting for Operational Activities

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in any major (major in logistics will be advantage)
• Experience minimum 10 years in warehouse (as manager in logistics/3PL company will be advantage)
• Experience in handling fashion warehouse will be prioritized
• Good Understanding of warehouse technical aspect such as equipment, warehouse layout design, loading and unloading, inventory management, warehouse management (WMS/IMS), transport management, and value added services
• Having vision to develop business, people and have mindset of implementing continuous improvement
• Having interest in receiving feedback from others
• Good leadership, communicator, problem solver
• Good English both for written and speaking
