Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior Manager (Mech / Elec) - Jakarta di perusahaan Commtech (Asia) Limited untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager (MEP), reporting to the Country Manager / Regional Director and working as part of the commissioning team shall be responsible in the managing the project progression and working closely with our Clients, in ensuring the expectations, works, procedures and deadlines are met.

The Senior Commissioning Manager will lead a team of Commissioning Manager(s) and work closely with other site operations to meet project schedule. This is a senior level position to Commissioning Management, works will be predominantly site based.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the role of a Lead Commissioning Engineer, representing Company for major projects.
  • Handles the provision of monthly and close out project reports to Country Manager / Regional Director
  • Technically responsible for delivery of service in accordance with Company / Client expectations
  • Define project objective / scope, plan project milestones, gather business requirements, strategies, and approach
  • Provision of monthly (project) progress report to clients
  • Handles project scheduling and monthly resource allocation
  • Chair project commissioning meetings with Clients
  • Retain full understanding of contractual scope and identify extra-to-contract works.
  • Provide management, advises, guidance (& onsite training) of project resources
  • Prepare commissioning schedule and tracking sheets to monitor progress
  • Track development and testing and supervise implementation works
  • Review of project staff Time Sheets / Expenses to ensure budget is in control
  • Maintain and update all schedules and tracking documents on a monthly basis
  • Key task input where required (Design Reviews, MS, FAT, HLT and IST)

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fundamental knowledge on project management principles
  • Able to work extended hours and “out-of-hours” dependent on the requirements of the project
  • Capable of managing lengthy periods of concentration and elevated stress levels
  • Ability to lead a team of Commissioning Managers in delivering scope according to milestone and budgets.

Education & Training

  • Degree or Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10 years related field experiences
  • Successful and excellent Project Management track records
  • Good technical engineering background
  • Portraits influential leadership traits / skills to lead

Others

  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office
  • Good command in spoken and written English

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Please send in full curriculum vitae, including present and expected salary.
