Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is responsible for aligning business objectives with employee management in business units, acts as an employee champion and change agent and seeks to develop integrated solutions to achieve people and business goals.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Align people initiatives with business unit to achieve business goals.
  • Consults with business stakeholder, providing HR guidance and enable exponential business growth by building the quality and quantity of the organisation talent pool, facilitate effective ways of working and build a high-performing culture.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations issues and their grievances.
  • Proactively scan and diagnose organisational needs, gaps and to provide solutions to address the concerns.
  • Form the insight on business-organisation to design the overall organisation strategy and action plan.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, performance improvement driver, a change agent who takes on the lead for HR leadership team, providing leadership in the development and implementation of overall HR strategic plans and to support business objectives.
  • Continuously build and develop local HR capabilities, optimize processes, harmonize the policies, shape culture, develop business partnering skills and improve overall organizational effectiveness
  • Own country HR roadmap and People strategy.
  • Work with the Center of excellent team to participate in HR programs and initiatives, e.g., talent strategy, compensation & benefit review, workforce planning, training & development, retention and engagement strategies, organizational change, succession plan etc.

Culture Builder:

  • Lead the culture initiatives to integrate the culture with employees’ day-to-day behaviour.
  • Design and lead change management programs to foster the development in the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of HRBP management experience, ideally from a multinational company, logistics/high-tech company.
  • Have good business acumen ( preferred have experience as HRBP finance, marketing and support function).
  • Strategic thinker with strong business partnering capability, able to understand business pain point, and align business strategies with HR initiatives and plans.
  • Adept at problem solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong communicative and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing at a senior level.
  • Relevant qualifications from an accredited university.
  • A fire-fighter with proven experience in handling complex situation in tough environment.
  • Great communicator, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with people from all culture background and be a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Open-minded, Passionate, Caring, Curious with demonstrated leadership skills and human touch.
  • Self-motivated, great sense of ownership-willing to go extra miles to get things done.
  • Mature, able to work with people from all cultural background.
