Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Manajemen (Teknik) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows :
SENIOR MANAGER – ENGINEERING / MOLDING
Requirement & Responsibility :
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineering / Technical / Relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 (Five) years engineering Experience in a global environment / the same field & preffered in Plastic Injection Molding.
• Find solutions and services that meet or predict customers future needs, work independently, self running, with a strong leadership, verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Confer with management, production, quality and operation staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate the projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resources needs, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Plan for all equipment and ensure section provides vital services to production availability and efficient operating conditions.
• Review and seek approval from Management on product design and changes.
• Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Write-up operating standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
• Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, enforcing rules and provide feedback on decisions about the purchase of materials or services to management.
• Receive and liaise with customer on specification and information to meet needs and expectations of customer and ensure that product changes are efficiently introduced and that all related documents and departments are updated accordingly.
• Developing, modifying and improving new and existing product design to improve yield, quality, manufacturability and cost saving.
• Provide technical support to all other departments in relation to identifying, analyzing and determining the best materials and methods for the manufacturing of a product.
• Lead and drive an engineering team to identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions, driven to constantly improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
