As a Senior Manager in Compliance, you will be responsible to oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain the company’s integrity.

Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee risk assessments, including identification, evaluation, and mitigation of compliance risks.
• Establish and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance matters and conduct periodic compliance training.
• Lead the regulatory reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required reports to regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes to reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate data for regulatory reports.
• Conduct periodic reviews of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or requests for information.
• Prepare and present compliance reports and findings to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Profile

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance roles within the banking or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing GRC frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading compliance initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Field; additional certifications such as CRCM, CISA, or CPA are advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems for regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.
