As Anti-Fraud & Investigation Senior Manager, you will play critical role and be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the compliance, integrity, and effectiveness of the company’s sales force operations. This role involves conducting investigations, audits, and assessments to identify potential irregularities, unethical practices, or non-compliance with industry regulations.

Description

• Lead and manage the activities of sales force, including agents and advisors.
• Establish and enforce sales force compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of sales practices to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement anti-fraud strategies and programs.
• Investigate suspected cases of fraud within the sales force and related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Cultivate a culture of thorough investigation within the organization.
• Train and educate sales force members on the importance of compliance and the consequences of fraudulent activities.
• Encourage the reporting of potential violations and irregularities
• Prepare and present reports on sales force compliance and investigation activities to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive records of investigations, findings, and actions taken
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that the sales force operates within legal boundaries.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities when necessary and manage compliance-related inquiries.

Profile

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations, compliance, and anti-fraud measures.
• Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to identify and analyze irregularities.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in fraud detection or compliance are advantageous.
