Lowongan Kerja Tangerang Posisi Senior Legal Specialist di PT Multipolar Tbk

We are looking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Legal Specialist to oversee the company’s legal affairs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Governance and Compliance:
   • Ensure the completeness and validity of legal corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, corporate licenses, and reporting requirements.
   • Monitor and maintain an in-depth understanding of the latest developments in limited liability company law, agrarian law, and their respective implementing regulations, permits, and licenses.
   • Manage company setup or dissolution processes, handling all associated legal procedures, documentation, and permits in alignment with business objectives.
2. Asset Management and Ownership:
   • Review and ensure the legality and completeness of documents related to the ownership of company assets, such as land, buildings, shares, funds, investments, and intellectual property.
3. Contract Management and Legal Documentation:
   • Review, negotiate, and draft diverse contracts, letters, correspondence, legal opinions, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
   • Provide legal advice and recommendations to various stakeholders, including Business Units (BUs), on contractual matters and legal implications.
4. Legal Advisory and Support:
   • Serve as a legal advisor to the company’s management and stakeholders, guiding on legal matters and potential risks.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and identify potential legal issues or liabilities.
   • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry best practices to provide proactive legal advice and recommendations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate legal counsel role.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law, property regulation, contract law, and relevant regulatory frameworks. 
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
