POSITION

• Company: Deliveree, a Series C logistics technology company
• Title: Senior Legal Manager & Counsel
• Reporting: Country Director, Indonesia
• Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

ROLE

Your responsibility as Deliveree’s Indonesia Legal Manager & Counsel will be to oversee all legal and regulatory matters of the Company. You will manage a team of 3 associates with responsibilities as follows:

• Contracts and legal matters related to our suppliers
• Contracts and legal matters related to our clients
• Employment contracts and legal matters related to our staff
• Government and regulatory filings and compliance
• Corporate governance and shareholder matters
• Misc legal projects and matters as they arise

You would be entering our organization during a very exciting, rapid growth period for our business where demand for trucking and cargo services on our platform is doubling every year. Your permanent base will be our Jakarta HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideal age range is 28-40
• Minimum 8 years of full-time experience
• Minimum 3 years directly managing at least a small team
• No logistics or technology experience required
• Fluent Bahasa
• Excellent English
• Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
