Responsibilities:

As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist – Data Analytics Science, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences supporting students throughout their learning journey. More specifically you will:

• Research and develop high-quality learning contents to continuously improve work-relevant curriculum Data Analytics, Data Science
• Lead training sessions by delivering engaging, enjoyable, high-quality learning experiences
• Lead and monitor all Mentor and Student Success performance
• Facilitate and inspire students to persevere throughout the whole learning journey
• Continuous evaluation for every delivered training, curriculum, and learning experience to provide innovation and a better experience for participants
• Ensure quality assurance between learning outcomes with each module’s activity and assessment are align
• Collaborate with a Program Manager to design a masterplan of programs and its derivatives such as learning flow, learning method, learning modules, learning activities, learning assessments, and so on.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst/Data Scientist Practitioner or Trainer or Lecturer. Experienced in Consulting Firms or University is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Analyst/Data Scientist concepts, tools, and techniques, such as python programming language, flask, expert system, computer vision, and IT documentation
• Good understanding about teaching-learning method and process
• Strong literacy, communication both written and oral (English and Bahasa), presentation, and data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) skill
• Experience in teaching and familiar with instructional system design is a plus
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
