Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Senior Journalist / Channel Manager di ENF Ltd.

This is a remote full-time job.

Background 

We are starting up a video news channel on our solar energy platform ENF Solar, which currently has 5 million users annually and has been operating for 18 years. The channel will be run by a senior journalist (this post), with support from the existing team as well as design and video editing staff. The new channel will get heavy marketing support from the main platform.

This is an opportunity to build a news channel published on our platform, newsletters, YouTube, and social media from the ground up. The focus will be on great quality content that helps the solar industry, not on monetization. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

We are looking for video interviews to be made over Zoom with solar companies around the world – chatting about interesting business, market, and technology topics. 

– Experience in guest recruitment and channel management.

– Work with the creative executive to map out and design engaging topic series.

– Guide the team to create content and grow the channel audience.

– Get support from others in the company to identify potential topic interviewees.

– Investigate topics and conduct interviews.

Requirements: 

– You should have an engaging personality, and the ability to chat to interview subjects to find out what interesting market insights they may have for you to base an interview around;

– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or major in Journalism, Mass Communications, or equivalent;

– Fluent spoken and written English;

– Have interviewed people before;

– Competent in learning technical knowledge;

– Creative and able to chat with solar companies and sniff out topics of interest;

– Have been involved with TV/podcast guest recruitment before;

– Team management experience is preferred.

– A personal computer and a good internet connection are required.

– Full-time: 5 working days per week, 38 hours per week (7.6 hours per day. A minimum of 4 hours per day)
