What will you do?

• Organise, manage, record and adjust historical financial transactions of the legal company
• summarise and present the accounting information in accordance with the Accounting Standard for statutory objective.
• Preparing and review Trial Balance, and do understanding of all transaction
• Review and improve all historical accounting transactions.
• Reviewing balance sheet and Profit loss reconciliation.
• Preparing and arranging the collection of data/ documents needed for the external audit process.
• Perform the accounting reporting process
• Perform the year-end statutory audits process
• Having experience using Web Based Apps in accounting systems (Xero, Zoho) will be advantageous.
• Reviewing, checking the data accuracy, and maintaining all tax reports (income tax 21, 22, 23, 25, VAT, etc).
• Responsible for collecting all tax papers on a regular basis and handling all information of tax files, tax compliance and tax reconciliation made by management.
• Calculating fiscal depreciation of fixed assets and the fiscal correction for CIT Calculation.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years working experience in finance and accounting function in multinational company or 3 years working experience in an audit firm.
• General understanding of PSAK, taxation rules, accounting results reporting and controlling.
• Understand the basic Principles of accounting
• Proficient in using any Excel worksheet and shortcut
• Fluent in English is a must
