Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Badung,Bali

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Design Manager

PT. Jensen Group Bali currently opening the position as a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for translating client needs and preferences into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative design solutions. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and a team of designers, you will bring creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design Development:
• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts in alignment with client requirements, project goals, and industry trends.
• Create mood boards, design presentations, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.
  Provide furniture & Interior detail drawings both by hand and/or Autocad
• Provide and managing tender drawings & document

 Project Management:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design phases through construction and installation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, must be willing to go on site visit for any aspects needed to complete the projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate and integrate interior design elements seamlessly with overall project objectives.
• Have capacity to handle various different project in tight schedule

Client Interaction:

• Along with Head of Interior Designer act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, needs, and preferences.
• Present design proposals, solicit feedback, and make revisions as necessary to meet client expectations, including create the material board and Concept Design Presentation (mood board idea) for Client Presentation 

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure cohesive design execution and successful project outcomes.
• Able to monitor and leading Junior and drafter team the design and detail interior drawing process to achieved it as targeted

Material and Furniture Selection:

• Research and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design concept, budget constraints, and project specifications.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and vendors to stay updated on the latest design trends and product offerings. 

Technical Proficiency:

• Demonstrate proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Possess strong technical skills, ex: knowing furniture detail like kitchen cabinet detail or walk in closet detail drawing
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications to guide contractors and other project collaborators.
• Experienced in field-working requirements for Quality Control to match as Design requirements. 

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all designs comply with relevant guidelines. 

Qualifications:

• Good English proficiency (Oral & Written) is a MUST
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• Proven experience (+5 year) as an Interior Designer, especially in hospitality and Luxury Houses or Villas with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  Expertise making 3D modeling and Visual rendering for 3D Conceptual Presentation 
• Expert/Familiar using 3D Sketch up/3Ds Max with Vray, Enscape/D5 Rendering, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator program, sketch drawing and AutoCAD
• Strong leadership and project management skills, self-motivated, hardworking, highly dedicated, initiative, creative, able to work within constraint, adapt to change, and high commitment to company standard on working ethic and result oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, space planning, and furniture design.
• Familiarity with relevant design software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and industry advancements.
