Job Description:

• Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.

• Conducting inspections and identifying hazards and EHS violations.

• Providing solutions and intervention strategies for hygiene, health, and safety hazards.

• Implementing new health and safety protocols and measures to ensure compliance with regulations.

•   Monitoring operational processes and employee activities.

• Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports, and health and safety manuals.

• Reporting to the owner, project manager, and other regulatory agencies.

• To provide the best practice HSE solution on the day-to-day monitoring and reporting to maintain Project Owner standards.

• Monitor and review the implementation of HSE standards at the construction site.

• Ensuring the project meeting that we chair starts with a Health & Safety moment which we initiate through our dedicated Health, Safety, Wellbeing App.

• Ensuring all contractors and vendors on site have a requisite level of compliant safety training resulting in them having a high degree of hazard awareness.

• Supports the Project Manager in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.

• Supports the Project Manager in the HSE Management System standard issue.

• Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.

• Setting a zero-tolerance health and safety culture

• Monitors, the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provides for their updating.

• Number of team members and subordinates: ca.10 team members

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred with HSE Background)

• 10+ years of working experience as a Safety Manager or similar

• Knowing the field of Electrical or Communication Systems

• Good knowledge of Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management System Development, Risk Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Safety Operation.

• Have a safety license or certificates or similar (Ahli K3 UMUM)

• Experience in developing SMK3 and other regulations

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• Willing to work in Gresik, Surabaya

Probation term

Fixed term (project based )contract with 1 year duration for the starter,

maximum until December 2024

There’s a chance that the project ends earlier or later as expected

Salary : 15-20 gross

– Income tax borne by the Employee

– No commercial health insurance, only BPJS Kesehatan.
