Kami memberikan syarat yang kita butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions:

1. Instructs and mentors site Safety staff on risk identification, as well as control philosophies and methods.

2. Conducts site Safety Audits and Inspection as planned, and follows through on audit outcomes and provides assistance as required.

3. Works with Construction team on site to develop training packages and materials to raise awareness and support towards safety programs.

4. Reviews incident reports and OHSE Inspection action log; identifies trends and develops improvement initiatives.

5. Participates in investigations of significant incidents, and identifies issues / deficiencies in risk control programs.

6. Instructs and mentors Construction team on site to ensure good housekeeping and industrial hygiene are well-maintained by Contractors in all projects.

7. Ensures that the Contractors’ activities comply with the company’s mandatory OHSE requirements.

8. Escalates to management’s attention for any critical OHSE issues.

9. Encourages communications with the Project Management and Construction Management teams.

10. Ensures the Construction team conducts emergency drills on a regular basis to keep the workforce familiar with the following emergency situations: first aid, evacuation and fire.

11. Assists in administering and maintaining compliance programs that comply with OHSE procedures and policies.

12. Maintains records on lost time accidents, and leads / directs OHSE team on site in preparing weekly and monthly OHSE reports accordingly.

13. Assists in reviewing the contract documents / agreement to ensure that OHSE requirements are included in the documents, so that Contractors comply with the company’s OHSE policy and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (Engineering, K3/Kesmas, Forestry and Agriculture)
Minimum 10 years working in Energy Industry, Mining, Chemical, Palm Oil Mill or Plantation, Forestry or other relevant industries
General and Specialist K3 Expert
Expert in Risk Management (HAZOP, HAZID, HIRADC,JSA)
HAZOP certified is preferred
Having knowledge, skills and experience in Supervisory & management System of SMK3, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001:2004, CSMS
