Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Senior HR Executive(Jakarta) di tempat usaha Hand International Pte. Ltd. untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Senior HR Executive(Jakarta)

Senior HR Executive will be in charge of recruitment, hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and payroll processing.
Responsibilities ：
・Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
・Planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees, oversees the administrative and organizational functions of a company or business
・Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
・Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
・Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
・Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
・Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
・Ensure the organization’s compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
1. Engaged in HR work for at least 5 years; experience in software development/operation and maintenance related companies is preferred
2. Can proficiently use English to read, write and communicate; if there is Chinese language ability, bonus points
3. Have the ability to quickly understand the company’s services and products, and formulate recruitment plans and execution according to the company’s characteristics
4. Have the ability to produce relevant documents and pictures for the company’s publicity needs
5. Possess the salary accounting and vacation management capabilities required by HR; and be able to complete the company’s performance and team building work
6. Have good communication and reporting skills
7. Experience recruiting positions in the IT field is preferred.
8. Knew very well the local labour law
9. Can work under pressure
