JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Manpower Planning
a) Assist HR Manager to builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
b) Sourcing suitable candidate based on the requirements such educational level, working experience, technical knowledge and etc.
c) Analyzing on employee turnover trend.
d) Execution of talent retaining program.
2. Payroll
a) To oversee the payroll processing performed by the HR & Admin Executive
b) Provide support for payroll reporting needs.
c) Ensure all payroll-related matters comply with Indonesia laws, internal requirements and best practices.
d) Prepare salary-related analysis reports and analyze on payroll trend.
e) Responsible on Payroll system improvement.
3. Compensation and Benefit
a) Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits strategies through systematic procedures and policies that are aligned with the overall business objectives of the Company
b) Understand industry compensation and benefits survey and recommend benchmark for competitive compensation system.
c) Performs competitive and gap analysis, and monitors the cost effectiveness and consistency of programs
d) Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, job grading and salary scale.
e) Responsible for C&B projects on Annual Performance Management, Annual Increment, Bonus/Incentive, and Promotions.
4. Learning and Development
a) Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
b) Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
c) Evaluating training and development programs.
d) Ensure Company comply with HR Quality Objective and SOP.
5. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
a) Manage the end-to-end process of staff disciplinary management
b) Finalization of the punishment proposal by thorough evaluation of facts and findings as well as benchmarking against the previous cases before making sound recommendation of punishment to the punishing authority for just and equitable decision making
c) Handling the Staff grievances issue.
d) Preparing for Staff Disciplinary Letter.
e) Conduct Domestic Inquiry.
f) Initiate and develop new Employee Relations programs in accordance with overall company objectives and core value.
7. Audit
a) Review HRA operating processes to identify major risks and their mitigating controls.
b) Ensure HR & Admin personnel compliance of all related SOP.
c) Recommend appropriate controls to address the root cause of the control issues or to improve the HRA operational efficiency.
d) Represent as auditee of HRA Department to be audited by IMS auditor and company internal auditor.
e) Perform works as assigned by supervisor, which include but not limited to ad-hoc audit assignment, investigation, process/ system improvement initiatives and administrative matters of the department.
f) Updating HRA SOP of IMS.
g) Upkeep the Employee Handbook.
8. Others
a) Participate on Company event organizing.
b) Carries out any other duties as required by the superior from time to time.
