About the role:

The growth marketer will be responsible for developing and executing a profitable paid acquisition strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The most important qualifications for this position are expertise in creative strategy, media buying, landing page optimization, and performance analysis to improve marketing efficiency and scale continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure revenue growth that aligns with our client’s revenue and marketing efficiency goals and develop new and creative ways to scale customer acquisition profitably
• Media buying across paid social while analyzing data to make strategic decisions and improvements to marketing programs and processes
• Lead on creative strategy and develop static image creative for testing across paid channels, and work with internal team members and outside vendors to develop video creative
• Iterate paid acquisition strategy for continuously improved AOV and conversion efficiency using ROAS and MER as leading indicators of success
• Work both independently and with our client’s internal stakeholders on optimizing landing pages to improve ad performance
• Stay up to date on the latest best practices in the digital marketing industry, particularly with paid acquisition

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with either an agency that serves DTC e-commerce clients OR as part of an in-house marketing team at a DTC e-commerce brand, managing a 7-figure annual ad spend
• Experience developing high-performing ad creative
• A deep understanding of how to pair creative, copy, and targeting to deliver profitable ROAS/MER
• Direct experience managing paid acquisition on Facebook/Instagram (experience with TikTok a plus), achieving a target blended ROAS/MER, and reducing CAC
• A history of developing and managing successful direct response paid acquisition programs
• Numbers-oriented and uses empirical data to drive marketing decisions
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketing apps and tools including, but not limited to, Replo, Shopify, TripleWhale, Google Analytics, and Facebook/Instagram (including Ads Manager).
• Hands-on experience with basic video and graphics software such as Canva, Capcut, Photoshop (or similar)
• Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently
• A results- and growth-oriented mindset and a passion for great products
• Strong attention to detail, project management, and exceptional prioritization skills
