JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Create and develop Product Concept, Design, Photoshoot, Videoshoot, graphics, motion and layout for digital, web, social Media, E-Commerce, printing (brochures, newsletters, banners, posters, promo merchandise), key visual design and packaging completely with high quality and on time.
• Identify trends and create content for TikTok/IG/Facebook/E-com.
• Execute creative briefs for business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and engaging ideas within brand expression and standards.
• Creating other supporting contents such as site content, icons, banner, color and visual guideline.
• Develop strategies and manage AIM brand digital presence. This includes social media accounts (IG, facebook), website, and other digital advertisement activities.
• Able to follow brand guidelines, understand corporate brand standards and identity. And also provide feedback to enhance the output from time to time.
• Able to lead a discussion during brainstorming, ideation and production phase. And also have the ability to present the ideas to the stakeholder and also supervise any third parties.
• Responsible in securing vendors and partners for marketing and promotional activities (example agencies, EO, promo merchandise vendors.) including administrative details such as agreements, Request Forms, et cetera.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Willing to work On-Site.
• Experience in Beauty industry is mandatory.
• Proven at least 5-years of work experience using Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effect.
• Must possess minimum S1 / Bachelor’s Degree majoring Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia from reputable university.
• Knowledge of layout, graphic fundamentals, typography, print & the web, HTML & CSS.
• Expert in Design, Photography & Videography.
• Understand motion graphic and animation.
• Have good story telling skills, communication skill, creative and innovative.
• Able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime (if needed)
• Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.

WORK EXPERIENCE DESIRED :

• Strong writing and content development skills. Able to design standard marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, banners, posters
• PREFERABLY HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN DIGITAL AGENCY
• Familiarity in B2B and B2C marketing and promotional campaigns
• Familiarity with digital content development and SEM
• Creativity in developing marketing and promotional campaigns
