PetroVault™ is Petrolink’s next-generation Data Management, Visualization and Analytics platform for the Oil and Gas industry. As a member of the Product Management team, you will be building innovative products using latest technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography, also experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. The Senior Graphic Designer also acts as local marketing strategist in creating and delivering messages to a target audience with the aim of promoting products, services, or ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all creative assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our creative assets.
• Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate the growth and professional development of team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Has a strong point of view and great execution that will help shape design planning and strategy.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and company initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Managing project and developing integrated marketing strategies.
• Create persuasive and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, press releases, and marketing collaterals.
• Overseeing a team of digital media planners, this role involves offering guidance, direction, and constructive feedback to optimize team productivity.
• Maintain, manage, and develop company website.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert skill set and knowledge of Figma, Sketch and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Defining overall product user experience and managing design system.
• Minimum 7 years of graphic design experience: Digital, Print, Branding, Illustrations, Presentation, UI.
• Preferably also have experience in web development using WordPress.
• Great copywriting skills in English.
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
