Managing and coordinating a financial department, such as accounting, tax preparation and submission, treasury, management control or any other financial department. The scope may cover all or part of these activities.

Job Desciption

• Technical
• Participate in the strategy, short and medium term financial policy and in the elaboration of the annual and multi annual budget.
• Supervising management control procedures and ensuring compliance with legal obligations in the tax and social field.
• Ensure the application of accounting procedures and standards
• Validate accounting closures and supervise the closing of the accounting year
• Depending on the scope of the role, set up and analyse indicators for monitoring funding, cash flow and budgets and monitor any imbalances in order to advise management and other departments
• Manage relations with external partners involved in financial matters: auditors, bankers, tax consultants, insurers, and others
• Ensure the accounting treatment of an entity’s transactions and events by supervising the quality and completeness of the accounting records as well as their adequacy with the services provided.
• Organize, plan and delegate the accounting work in an optimal way, especially those related to the periodic closing to meet the deadline.
• Prepare and / or validate the closing of the periodic accounts and associated analysis and summary documents; ensure the reliability of monthly accounts in accordance with IFRS and the annual accounts in accordance with local standards and the responsibility for the financial data obtained
• Management
• Manage, evaluate, promote finance team members 
• Define annual objectives for team members in line with finance & Accounting roadmap and Group ambition
• Make sure training programs are accessible and appropriate for his/her team members, in order to make them upskill, and to meet the roadmap ambitions in the long run
• Listen to his/her teams and foster team spirit and change impulsion 
• Be a “mentor”, a source of inspiration for others to target to take over and upskill
• Ensure “What Binds Us” principles are known, shared and deployed
• Safety
• Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities

• Apply the Quality procedure for operations bound to their activities

Qualification

1. Experienced interacting with Indonesian Tax authorities
2. Good knowledge and practice of accounting and financial techniques (IFRS standards and local accounting and tax rules)
3. Mastery of accounting and financial processes including tax preparation for both internal control and procedural efficiency
4. Able to prepare report or necessary document with minimum supervision 
5. > 10 year(s) of experience as Finance Manager, Plus point if have > 5 Years in Service or Financial Industry.
6. Ideally Brevet A and B Certified
7. Ideally have CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant)
8. BSc or BA in finance, accounting or other related areas more preferred
