Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Investment Manager to lead the financial strategy and investment management for our shrimp export operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing capital allocation, and managing banking and institutional relationships that support global trade and business expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in corporate finance, investment planning, trade finance, and foreign exchange management, with a clear understanding of the operational and capital dynamics within the seafood export industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support export operations, business growth, and long-term profitability.

• Manage and monitor the company’s investment portfolios, including working capital instruments, capital projects, and financial reserves.

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) — including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, financial institutions, and export financing agencies to secure trade finance facilities, letters of credit, and funding for expansion.

• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across procurement, processing, and export activities.

• Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis for infrastructure or capacity expansion projects, such as processing plants, cold storage, or logistics improvements.

• Provide management with actionable insights on global shrimp pricing trends, export market performance, and financial risks.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, export regulations, and internal control procedures.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on capital allocation, financial forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment management, or trade finance, ideally within seafood export, agribusiness, or manufacturing sectors.

• Strong understanding of export financing mechanisms, letters of credit, and foreign exchange management.

• Proven ability to manage banking relationships and negotiate financial arrangements that support international operations.

• Proficient in financial modeling, capital budgeting, and risk analysis.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present financial insights to senior management.

• High integrity, strategic thinking, and strong commercial acumen.
