Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial administration and execution, with having exposure to lead team minimum 5 years
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
  • Experience with creating financial statements via ERP/SAP/Odoo is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting systems, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial information by reviewing and reconciling all accounts.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support decision-making.
  • Manage tax compliance and preparation of tax returns, ensuring timely filing and payment of all taxes.
  • Maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial operations.
  • Assist with the administration of business process operations, including purchasing, production, inventory, sales, marketing, and logistics.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to various departments to assist with decision-making.
  • Stay current with relevant accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
  • Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax team.
