About the role 
This is a full-time position for a Senior Finance & Accounting specialist at PT PiEE Internasional’, based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and accounting expertise to support the company’s growth and operational objectives.

What you’ll be doing :

1. Oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
2. Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to management on ways to improve financial performance
3. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
4. Manage and lead the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes and drive business growth

What we’re looking for :

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the management accounting and budgeting domain
2. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting best practices
3. Proficient in financial analysis, cost accounting, and performance management
4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
5. Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing financial strategies
6. Thorough knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
