Job Description

• Monitoring, regulating, maintaining, and ensuring that all licenses, certificates, and licenses of the Group Companies are valid according to applicable regulations including carrying out business are in compliance.
• Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure effective and efficient coordination with appropriate services are provided by third-party counsels (law firms, notaries, etc.)
• Monitoring and planning of license renewals/applications, including coordinating with license providers/related governmental institutions, including supervising and ensuring that all documentation from the Group of Companies is updated, neat, filled, and in a well-organized filling system
• Ensuring proper and correct review and finalization of legal documents (including proper execution) in accordance with the Group of Companies interests and policies.
• Preparing, reviewing, and modifying contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities, including developing and managing strategic litigation projects, and drafting legal applications, briefs, pleadings, and other documents for submission to other parties.
• Assisting in translating documents; and other tasks delegated by HODs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (Possess Peradi License will be advantageous)
• Team player who can operate/tend to solutions independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in both written and verbal English language
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing the groups industry
• Strong ethical principles and commitment to promoting ethical behavior in the workplace.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide business-oriented legal advice.
• Honest; responsible; diligent; discipline; responsible committed;
• High curiosity; work initiative; able to work in teams incl under pressure;
• Willing to go out of town if needed to meet with government agencies.
• Understand work ethic & ethos; having a high willingness to learn.
