About the Role 

As a Senior Customer Success Executive, you will take on a key role in managing customers’ accounts and ensuring their success, from the on-boarding process and throughout the duration of their subscription period, with a focus on customer retention. You will also provide strategic consultation to customers, striving to achieve their business objectives through the use of our Leadmanager platform.  

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including global corporations, market leaders, local businesses, and startups. Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing their challenges, enhancing our products and services based on their feedback, and generating revenue through effective customer retention strategies. 

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with high emotional intelligence & strong skills in renewal management.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that customers are effectively onboarded, understanding the value of BCI Central’s services from the start. 
  • Actively manage account portfolio and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Achieve key performance indicator and renewal sales targets, as well as upselling and KPIs. 
  • Manage and maintain profitable business relationships with all existing clients and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.  
  • Track key customer success metrics through Customer Management Console (CMC), to manage Customer Satisfaction and reduce churn rates. 
  • Continuously seek out and implement innovative practices and tools that can enhance the customer success function. 
  • Analyze the customer journey to identify potential pain points or areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless experience. 
  • Complete outbound customer care calls to all members as populated in BCI Central’s internal CRM. 
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of BCI CRM and Leadmanager system. 
  • Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, process) to direct manager and propose solutions where possible. 

What are required of You 

  • Tertiary Education related with the job.  
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management handling, building client relationship, business development or servicing with at least 2 years in a senior role 
  • Strong business analytical skills to understand specific customer needs and challenges. 
  • Advanced client management and customer-centric skills 
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver who can work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver accurate results 
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in managing difficult conversations, handling objections, and finding win-win solutions. 
  • Ability to develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives, focusing on customer lifecycle management. 
  • Advanced Leadership 
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives that impact the customer journey, with a focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both internal teams and customers. 
  • Team-player, Organized and highly responsible 
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset 
  • Detailed oriented with a strong sense of job-ownership. 
  • Experience in Software technology is an advantage 
  • Advanced Building and Construction Industry knowledge preferred
