As a Creative Copywriter, you will be focused on shaping brand strategy and ensuring the highest quality of text-based content. Your creativity and storytelling prowess will play a pivotal role in driving brand engagement and elevating our position in market outdoor fashion. You’ll works closely with Creative & Art Manager to meet their expectations and deliver compelling results.

1. Develop and shape brand strategy through strong creative writing guidelines,keep up with trends of the creative industry  while maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and style to strengthen our brand identity.
2. Develop and tell compelling brand stories that align with our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Craft narratives that evoke emotions, inspire adventures, and foster a deep connection with our brand.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art designers, marketers, and product designers, to ideate and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns, videos, product launches and other creative outputs.
4. Ensure outstanding results, distribute tasks effectively among team members to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely deliverables

What you will Need to Succeed : 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
2.  Min 3 years of experience working in a creative role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful and impactful projects.
3. Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, effectively communicate ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
4. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand and align creative concepts with business objectives.
5. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the Creative Department, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and interact with clients and team members.
8. A good understanding of current design trends, brand marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
9. Willing to be placed in EIGER Head Office, Kab. Bandung
