Client Details

Our client is one of the reputable PE/VC firms, with strong financial presence. They are looking for an Indonesian with the management consulting background to join their team as a Corporate Strategy working closely with the Investment Team.

Description

• Setting the Strategy and Initiatives of the firm.
• Communicating the strategy across the firm to both key internal and external stakeholders in coordination with the corporate communication and marketing groups.
• Independently leading projects/work streams at any time from project scoping, creating content and managing of stakeholders to generating insights, and preparing outputs which enable informed decisions
• Monitor, research and analyze technology, business and consumer signals and trends within the scope of the Investments.
• Gather and organize facts and data from a variety of information sources, including internal stakeholders and external experts, clients and partners.
• Supporting the development of the forward-looking strategy of the firm and strategic plans that enable execution of enterprise-wide strategic projects (examples could be the firm’s customer Pricing strategy or Large Customer strategy)
• Providing leadership to address key strategic issues and opportunities, working in collaboration across multiple functions and channels, often in a consultative manner.
• Collaborating with business unit leaders in gaining their input into the firm’s strategic direction helping coordinate their efforts in alignment with the firm’s strategic plan
• Overseeing industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis
• Monitor financial results of assigned subsidiaries and support strategic business planning initiatives
• Perform comprehensive industry and economic analysis on selected projects, present findings to internal clients

Profile

• Bachelor Degree from major from Tier 1 University only. Do not apply if you are not from top university.
• Understanding of the PE or VC industry in each market segments.
• At least 8 years of working experience either in investment, or in reputable tech-start up within their corporate strategy team, or in an established venture capital.
• Strategic Thinking with background from Management Consulting Firm.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Passionate in the digital, renewable, and financial services industry and possess entrepreneur mindset.
• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.
• Excellent time and project management skill with the ability to coach and mentor.
