Job Description:

• Generate high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce content to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
• Research, identify, and reaching KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising with KOL regarding their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
• Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
• Generate reports on content performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Use data insights to refine content strategies, optimize content distribution channels, and maximize audience engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience above 3 – 5 years in content creation, with a focus on strategic planning and KOL management.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in content strategy development, including audience segmentation, persona development, and editorial planning.
• Experience in identifying and collaborating with influencers, KOLs, or celebrities in relevant industries.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
