Job Overview:
Sunline Technology Overseas is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant who will serve as a BDS solution expert, specifically providing professional consulting services regarding bank branch operations and teller systems to our clients in Indonesia, and other countries in South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide precise and professional insights to clients on branch operations and teller systems.
· Lead the designated business analysis team to ensure effective communication and confirmation of business requirements with clients and associated parties.
· Guide the team in exploring client needs, timely completing high-standard functional specification documents.
· Lead and manage comprehensive testing post-requirement implementation, ensuring accurate and reasonable delivery of client needs.
· Actively provide functional support in project implementation services and pre-sales activities, promoting the achievement of the best business objectives for stakeholders.
· Collaborate closely with the project development team and related parties, ensuring that the consulting services provided always meet the highest industry standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· 10+ years of extensive experience in branch banking, teller system implementation, or product development.
· In-depth and broad understanding of BDS technology and global development trends.
· Familiarity with branch operations and teller systems, including organization/branch management, teller management, access control and authorization management, teller cash box management, cash management, cash and instrument inventory management, branch start-of-day and end-of-day processing, and all types of financial transactions within the branch. Experience in these fields is highly preferred.
· Rich experience in team management and exceptional leadership skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and solution-building capabilities.
· Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
· Excellent English as working language; Chinese, either written or spoken, would be a plus.
