Senior Client Retention Officer is responsible to retain, manage, and maintain profitable business relationships with all existing local mid-size accounts and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.

Your clients could be global players, market leaders, local businesses to start-ups companies, deal directly with them to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and generate revenue through customer retention.

This job requires a self-motivated individual with strong traction & renewal chasing skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively manage account portfolio and proactively identify new sales (upsell) opportunities.
• Achieve key performance indicator and renewal sales targets, as well as upselling and KPIs.
• Manage and maintain profitable business relationships with all existing clients and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction. 
• Complete outbound customer care calls to all members as populated in CRM through the internal “Traffic Light System”.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of BCI CRM and Lead Manager system.
• Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, process) to direct senior level and propose solutions where possible.

About You

• Tertiary Education related with the job.
• 5+ years of experience of account management & account handling, building client relationship, business development or servicing.
• Strong business analytical skills
• Advanced client management and customer service skills
• Advanced Leadership
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Organized and self-motivated
• Quick learner & growth mindset
• Advanced Building and Construction Industry knowledge.
