Responsibility :

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and design of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, offering technical insights and fostering professional development within the team.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering components within overall project goals.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project decisions and mitigate potential challenges.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, optimizing efficiency and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain stringent quality control and assurance measures throughout project lifecycles, adhering to design integrity and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, facilitating effective communication and project coordination.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative practices, applying them to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Extensive experience as a Civil Engineer, with a proven track record Min 10 years of successful project design, management, and execution.
• Strong proficiency in relevant design software and tools, as well as familiarity with industry standards and codes.
• In-depth understanding of civil engineering principles Especially for Stormwater drainage design, Road pavement design including hardstands, Grading design including cut and fill design, Retaining walls design, Civil Infrastructure, and Fencing. Also includes structural analysis, geotechnical considerations, and construction materials.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions under complex circumstances.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, partners, and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely project deliverables.
• Professional Engineer (SKA Madya or Utama) license or relevant certifications are desirable.
• Experience in utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) and other advanced technologies is a plus.
