A.   Market Analysis and Strategy :

1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for growth in the interior design sector, particularly retail, office and exhibition
2. Develop a robust business development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
3. Identify key target segments and customer profiles to tailor business development efforts effectively.

B.   Partnership and Relationship Building :

1. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with companies especially those related to interior design, and other relevant stakeholders.
2. Leverage existing industry relationships and establish new ones to expand the company’s network and enhance market visibility.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research & development, to ensure alignment of business development strategies.

C.   Deal Negotiation and Execution :

1. Lead negotiations for partnerships, deal agreements, distribution agreements, and other business opportunities within the interior design sectors.
2. Structure deals that align with the company’s financial and strategic objectives, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
3. Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

 D.   Market Expansion and Revenue Generation :

1. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, channels, and markets.
2. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote interior design services for retail, office and exhibitions
3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine business development strategies.

E.   Strategic Planning and Reporting :

1. Develop and present regular reports to senior management, outlining progress, key metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
2. Contribute to the company’s strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and business development efforts.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, with a focus on market expansion and revenue growth.
3. Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential partners.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive dynamics.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
7. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
8. Have the ability to speak English actively.
9. Willing to travel domestically and abroad.
