Job description & requirements

Job descriptions: 

• Provide strategic business analysis services to strategic clients 
• Demonstrate as expertise in solutioning and advisory related Tech/digital by various consideration (quality, investment, timeline, risk) also custom engagement models 
• Perform communication (written, verbal, formal / in formal) to digging the client needs, goals and success measurement, mapping to options solution   plan, Risk, Budget estimation, Development Strategy 
• Lead the project and deliver qualify deliverables by some option development approach (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid and Custom) included design operation support
• Lead the core team work (apps, package software, infrastructure, cybersecurity) and collaborate with other functions support (procurement, legal, risk, finance etc) also external partners. 

Requirements: 

• Min. Bachelor Degree 
• Min 3 years full cycle project as Senior BA or PM
• Preferred ex-consultant who have experiences at some various industry and exposure in IT and Digital Solution 
• Analytic and Problem Solving
• Communication written and verbal (Bahasa and English) 
• Project and Operation Management (additional point)
• SDLC, Waterfall, Produt Owner and Scrum 
• Service Orientation and Commercial sense
• Having Min 1 Industrial Expertise 
• Familiar with office tools or other presentation, microsoft project or other similar / alternative tools.
