Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
 Experience in product management, product development, or innovation, with a focus on bringing
new products to market:
– Senior Brand Manager: 6-10 years of experience
 Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative
marketing strategies.
 Proven track record of leading successful marketing innovation initiatives and campaigns, from
concept to launch.
 Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
 Expertise in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
 Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
 Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Additional Requirements:
– Willingness to travel as needed.
– Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
 Strategic Leadership:
– Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and
competitive analysis.
– Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing innovation strategy that aligns with the
company’s business goals.
– Lead the innovation process from ideation to commercialization, ensuring products meet customer
expectations and business goals.
– Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing,
positioning, and distribution plans.
 Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and unmet needs.
– Analyze competitive products and market conditions to identify opportunities for differentiation
and innovation.
– Utilize customer insights and data analytics to inform product development decisions.
 Project Management:
– Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing innovation projects, ensuring they
are delivered on time and within budget.
– Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling product messaging and
promotional materials.
– Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches and
availability in the market.
– Track the performance of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to measure success and
identify areas for improvement.
– Report regularly to senior leadership on the progress and impact of marketing innovation efforts.
 Budget and Resource Management:
– Manage the marketing innovation budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize
impact.
– Optimize the use of external vendors, partners, and agencies to deliver innovative marketing
solutions.
– Ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for all marketing innovation initiatives.
